Muckalee had home advantage for the quarter final of the Intermediate Football Championship versus Graigue/Ballycallan . The home side were first to get scores and had 4 points to a goal for the visitors at half time. The second half was a real battle with five minutes left on the clock Graigue/Ballycallan took the lead and looked set for victory with their second goal but a mighty effort from Muckalee yielded goals from Ewan Buggy and Micheal Keane which got them over the line.
